The program is guided by Shayna Dameron, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Mentor for women going through peri-menopause and menopause.

To remove comfort foods and go through a detox can be challenging but with a structured program and professional support it’s much easier.

We start with a live Q&A call, then 3 days of guided preparation where you follow a meal plan designed to lower your insulin levels.


SUPPORT

After the preparation phase you’ll be ready for the fasting journey. If fasting sounds daunting to you, don’t worry. I can assure you that with guidance it’s not as hard as you might think.

When you start fasting there’s often a time when you doubt your decision and feel like quitting. This is normal and part of the process and this is also why it’s so important to have support.

In this program you’ll receive a detailed Guidebook about fasting, clean eating and detoxification practices.

Fasting is a proven and affective tool to balance insulin levels, and increase insulin sensitivity. It is also proven to slow down the ageing process. When your body is in a fasting state it rejuvenates, cleanses and heals naturally!

The first step to regulate insulin levels and hormones is to change how often you eat. The second step is to change what you eat.

In this program we address both step one and two, and together with functional foods and detoxification practices this resets your body and help repair your gut.

Fasting and clean eating are powerful tools and can help you lower insulin levels, loose excess weight, lower inflammation, balance your hormones and mood, and build a stronger immune system.

A 4-STEP PROGRAM

1. Preparation

The first days are for preparing your kitchen, mindset and the people around you so they are aware of and informed about what you are doing and the kind of support you need during the program.

2. Remove

In the second phase we remove inflammatory foods and adjust to simple clean eating. This will balance your blood sugar levels and prepare you for the fasting stage.

3. Reset

After adjusting your diet you will fast for 24 – 72 hours, your choice. To help you through this fasting period we have a Fasting Support call every day.

4. Balance

After a period of fasting it’s important to slowly ease out of the fast and eat the right foods. You’ll be provided with recipes, meal plan and guidelines on how to break your fast in the best way.

FAQ

  • Is the detox only with water? In this program we aim to do a 36 hour water fast followed by a 12 hour + broth and gut repair fast. You can also drink tea and have one cup of coffee per day if you are a coffee drinker. In your 1:1 session with me it will be clear if doing this detox is good for you now or if your body need more preparation. I any case I can help you with that.
  • Will food/juices/broth be delivered? No, this is an online program. I encourage you to make your own broth but it’s also possible to order in most places online.
  • What about recipes? You’ll have recipes and clear instructions of what food to eat in the preparation phase and and what you should avoid during the program.
  • Is there a fixed schedule? Our calls have a fixed date and time, but you can be flexible with the rest of your program and make it fit your day to day life. However you need to slow down during the program and I don’t recommend to schedule any social activities during the fasting days and the first day after. You get most out of the program if you let these days be for rest, quietude, and self care. It’s a great gift to yourself.
  • Do I have to attend the group calls, I’m not sure I can make it? I’d like that you make an effort to join the calls. They are really helpful and it’s inspirational and valuable to meet with the other participants. The group feeling is created in the calls and in the Telegram Chat. With this support I know you will have a good experience. if you don’t show up or don’t communicate with me I can’t support you. The calls will also be recorded.
  • Can I work while I’m doing the cleanse? I don’t recommend to do a detox when you have a busy work period. At least not the first time around. Fasting is challenging in itself so if you need to work a lot it might be tuff. However having that said, there are people who manage and like to work while fasting because it keeps them busy and not thinking too much about that they cant eat.
  • I’ve never fasted before and i’m not sure I can do it! No problem, I’m here to support you. With me and the group support you’ll see that it’s easier than you think. You can start with one day if it feels intimidating, and then we check in and take it from there.
  • Are the recipes vegan? No. But there is a vegetarian option.
  • I need to travel during some of the days, is that compatible with the detox? I don’t recommend traveling during the program.
  • Can I keep drinking coffee? Yes you can drink one cup of black coffee per day. You can drink green tea instead of coffee as well.

About Shayna

My journey of self-discovery and health started with disease, I suffered from anxiety, depression and eating disorders.

To understand the reason why I was feeling the way I did, I started to look within for answers.

Only when I found a deeper connection to myself, and stopped running away from my emotions I began to heal.

Today I hold a completely different perspective on life, and I’m free from eating disorders and depression.

I have 15 years of experience in healthy cooking, nutrition, yoga, and self-discovery. I’m a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach since 2014 and a Menopause Coach since 2024.
