20 years of personal experience, and years of studying nutrition and wellbeing tells me that your health depends on much more than food, and that your healthy balance is unique to you.

Sometimes it can be tricky to find a good balance, and we often get distracted by caring for others more than ourselves. When you receive the support you deserve, you can relax and see yourself with more love. From this space solutions emerge and you will see more clearly what it is that brings health to your life.

Let’s be clear; You know yourself best and can handle it all on your own, I have no doubt about your capacity and already extensive knowledge, but I know that you long and deserve support and that it’s so much easier together.

How does it work?

We have weekly online coaching sessions, where we discover more of you, upgrade your health, and step by step transform your relationship to food.

Each program is different – it’s always guided by your unique needs and interest.

There are no dogmas in my approach, and I don’t believe in quick diets. It’s also clear to me that too many restrictions are boring and counter effective.

We explore detox, clean eating, nutrition beyond food, and Self Inquiry, looking at the primary foods that will truly nourish you and end your emotional eating.

About me

My journey of self-discovery and health started with physical and emotional disease.

I had to step out of from the box society wanted to put me in, and look deep within to understand the reason for why I was feeling the way I did.

When I found a deeper connection to myself, and stopped running away from my emotions, I began to heal.

Today I’m free from eating disorders, depression and hold a completely different perspective on life.

I have 15 years of experience in healthy cooking, nutrition, yoga, self-discovery, and self-care.

As a wellbeing mentor I enjoy supporting you on your journey to a healthy inspired life.
