My Approach
I recommend clean and natural food produced by nature.
There are no dogmas or strict diets in my programs. Instead you are encouraged to listen to your body, trust your intuition, and ultimately do what truly serves the wellness you crave.
I go beyond food, and find the reason behind why you use food as comfort or why you are feeling stuck.
I encourage you to be flexible and listen to your embodied wisdom.
About me
My journey of self-discovery and health started with physical and emotional disease.
I had to step out of from the box society wanted to put me in, and look deep within to understand the reason for why I was feeling the way I did.
When I found a deeper connection to myself, and stopped running away from my emotions, I began to heal.
Today I’m free from eating disorders, depression and hold a completely different perspective on life.
I have 15 years of experience in healthy cooking, nutrition, yoga, self-discovery, and self-care.
I feel inspired and honoured to support you on your journey to a healthy and inspired life.
