A little bit of food wisdom
Food is information and building blocks for your body. If you want to build a strong, healthy, and beautiful body you need to give it the right building blocks to do so; natural, unprocessed, clean, and nutritious food.
In my opinion eating healthy does not have to be much more difficult than that. Instead of following strict diets and theories about what you should or shouldn’t eat, you must listen to your body, and you will know when, what and how to eat. Don´t get stuck in too many details and focus instead on simplicity, quantity, and quality. Any dogma or mind created restriction can do harm to your natural state of being in the long run.
Also remember that food is merely one way to nurture yourself, focus just as much on other ways of nourishment, the so-called primary foods. You are so much more than your body, you are a conscious spiritual light being with a physical body attached to it, with emotions and with a heart centre that guides you.
To nourish the whole of you means that you know how to nourish all these parts of your, body, mind and soul. Ask yourself; How can I nourish my body today? How can I nourish my mind today? How can I nourish my heart today?
