Cooking classes are either in your kitchen (in person) or online.
I’m known to be non dogmatic and flexible, and I encourage you to experiment with what food feels good to you, and to tap into body wisdom.
I teach how to make food that’s free from white sugar, gluten, and industrialised dairy to keep inflammation down.
A cooking class is a nice gift to a friend that’s struggling with food and weight. Together with nutritional consultation it’s a great place to start and it is very inspiring!
